If a medical emergency arises, First Aid and/or CPR should be administered by only those employees that have been properly trained.

If outside emergency services are needed:

·     Call the paramedics. Give all relative information:  location, the problem, etc.

·     Notify the receptionist who will meet the paramedics and direct them to the victim.

·     Remain with the victim. Do not move the victim unless they are in immediate danger of further injury. Keep them comfortable and warm.

·     Perform necessary CPR/first aid procedures until help arrives.
